AnchoredIP is a service of Oleg Tropynin, Individual Entrepreneur, registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, tax registration 850203350723, at Abisheva 29, Karaganda, M00M4T4, Kazakhstan. Address space is announced from AS41800, registered with RIPE NCC as ORG-TO334-RIPE.
General and billing: support@mail.anchoredip.com. Abuse and network complaints: abuse@mail.anchoredip.com. Replies to either reach a person, normally within one business day.
1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AnchoredIP ("Service"), which leases address space announced from AS41800. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
AnchoredIP provides dedicated IPv4 and IPv6 address space, announced via BGP from AS41800 and delivered to infrastructure you already run, over a WireGuard or AmneziaWG tunnel. IPv4 is assigned as individual addresses, in the quantity your plan states; IPv6 is delegated as a /48. IPv6 is delegated and usable between your own machines today, but is not yet reachable from the public internet because our upstream does not carry the announcement. We do not charge separately for it and make no date commitment about when that changes.
3. Eligibility
The Service is available to businesses and individuals who provide accurate identification and contact information. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
5. Billing & Payment
Services are billed in advance, per term, at the prices published on our website, which are the same for every customer. A term is one month or one year, whichever the plan states. A price change never applies to a term already paid for, and we give 30 days notice before it applies to a renewal.
If a renewal does not arrive, traffic stops on the expiry date but your addresses are held for a further 7 days and are not reassigned; paying within that window restores exactly the same addresses. After it, the lease ends and the addresses return to our pool, where they are quarantined for 30 days before anyone else can receive them.
An annual term is charged once, in advance, at a lower price per month than the monthly term. It is not a commitment: if you end an annual lease early we refund every whole month you have not used, at the annual rate you paid. Ask by email and we will send it back the same way it arrived.
Refunds otherwise: we do not refund a month already begun, because the address was held for you and could not be given to anyone else during it. If we fail to deliver the service you paid for, tell us and we will refund the affected month in full — that is a decision we make, not one you have to argue for.
Automatic renewal is off unless you switch it on. Paying by card offers a tick box for it, unticked; leave it alone and the term is charged once, no card is kept, and we email you before it runs out. Tick it and we charge the same amount at the end of each term until you stop it, so an address your partners have allowlisted is not lost to a payment you forgot. Stopping it is a button in your dashboard, and it stops the next charge rather than the service — the term you have already paid for runs to its end. A bank transfer is a payment you send us, so that one we cannot start on your behalf and never will.
6. IP Address Allocation
IP addresses remain the property of AnchoredIP and its upstream registries. Allocations are non-transferable. Upon termination, all assigned addresses must be returned and cease to be used immediately.
7. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee — a small team with a single upstream should not sell a number it cannot make good on. Traffic is routed through Karaganda, Kazakhstan in one direction, which is a real latency cost for customers far away. It is measured and published at anchoredip.com/latency rather than admitted only here, where nobody reads it before buying.
Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance by email where possible. AnchoredIP is not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers, force majeure, or customer-side infrastructure. Support is by email, answered by a person, normally within one business day.
8. Limitation of Liability
AnchoredIP's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the month in which the issue occurred — on an annual term, one twelfth of what was charged. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You end a lease by not renewing it. No notice, no form and no conversation is required — this is deliberate, and it is the same reason there is no sales process to buy. If you switched automatic renewal on, there is one thing to switch off, and it is a button in your dashboard rather than a message to us.
We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or for fraud, and we suspend for non-payment as described in section 5. On termination, tunnels stop carrying traffic and the addresses return to our pool.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karaganda, Kazakhstan.
