AnchoredIP

Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2025

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AnchoredIP network infrastructure services operated under AS41800 ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

AnchoredIP provides dedicated IPv4 and IPv6 address space, routed via BGP from AS41800, and delivered to your infrastructure through WireGuard or GRE tunnels. Allocations range from /32 (single IP) to /27 (32 addresses) for IPv4, and /48 for IPv6.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to businesses and individuals who provide accurate identification and contact information. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. Billing & Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance. Pricing is listed on our website and may be updated with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. No refunds are issued for partial months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. IP Address Allocation

IP addresses remain the property of AnchoredIP and its upstream registries. Allocations are non-transferable. Upon termination, all assigned addresses must be returned and cease to be used immediately.

7. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. AnchoredIP is not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers, force majeure, or customer-side infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

AnchoredIP's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the month in which the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. AnchoredIP may terminate immediately for AUP violations, non-payment, or fraud. Upon termination, tunnel configurations will be deactivated and IP allocations revoked.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karaganda, Kazakhstan.
