Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines permitted and prohibited uses of AnchoredIP network infrastructure services, including all IP addresses and tunnels provisioned through AS41800. All customers must comply with this policy.
2. Permitted Use
AnchoredIP services are intended for lawful business purposes, including but not limited to:
- Outbound API and webhook traffic from SaaS platforms
- Network egress for cloud and bare-metal infrastructure
- Email infrastructure with proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration
- VPN and secure tunnel endpoints
- Any lawful commercial or personal use
3. Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spam and unsolicited bulk messaging — sending unsolicited commercial email, SMS, or messages in any form
- Network attacks — DDoS, port scanning, brute force attacks, or any form of network abuse directed at third parties
- Malware distribution — hosting, distributing, or controlling malware, botnets, or command-and-control infrastructure
- Fraud and phishing — impersonation, credential harvesting, or deceptive practices
- Illegal content — hosting or distributing content that violates applicable law
- IP reputation abuse — activities intended to damage or exploit IP address reputation
- Unauthorized access — attempting to access systems, networks, or data without authorization
- Resource abuse — using allocated resources in ways that degrade service for other customers
4. Abuse Reporting
We maintain an active abuse desk. Reports can be submitted to abuse@anchoredip.com. All reports are acknowledged and investigated. We cooperate with law enforcement and upstream providers as required.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning and request to cease the activity
- Temporary suspension of service
- Permanent termination without refund
- Reporting to relevant authorities
The response is proportional to the severity and intent of the violation. We act promptly on credible abuse reports.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all activity originating from their allocated IP addresses and tunnels, including activity by their own users and customers. If you operate services for third parties, you must enforce equivalent acceptable use standards.
7. Cooperation
Customers must respond to abuse inquiries within 48 hours. Failure to cooperate with abuse investigations may be treated as a violation.
8. Changes
This AUP may be updated at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
