What is the trial, exactly?

A real address out of the same /24 our paying customers are in, running for seven days. Not a sandbox and not a shared address — if it were, it would prove nothing, because the thing you need to see is your partner accepting it. When the seven days are up you pick a plan and keep the same address, so nothing you have already had allowlisted has to change. One trial per billing email address, and one running at a time per network.

Do I need to move my servers?

No. Your machines stay wherever they are — AWS, Hetzner, your own rack, a laptop. You install one configuration file and the address arrives over a tunnel.

What happens if I miss a renewal?

Traffic stops, but your address is held for another seven days and is not reassigned. Paying restores exactly the same address, so anything your partners have allowlisted keeps working. Only after that window does the address go back into the pool.

Can several machines share one address?

Yes, and that is the point. Every machine on your lease leaves the internet as the same address. Your partner allowlists one entry and you scale behind it. One machine per lease can also receive inbound connections on that address.

Will this slow my application down?

Traffic that goes through us takes a detour to Kazakhstan and back — measured, that is 78 ms of round trip to Frankfurt and 161 ms to Virginia, and our latency page shows all ten regions with the arithmetic. For allowlisted API calls a few times a minute that is invisible. For a chatty protocol between two continents it is not. By default only traffic from your leased address is routed through us; everything else on the machine is untouched.

Can I send email from it?

Not by default — outbound ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked on every lease until you ask. Sending from a fresh address without warming it damages the reputation of the whole block, and every customer on it pays for that. Tell us what you are sending and we will turn it on, or tell you honestly that it is not a fit.

How do I pay?

Card, or bank transfer against an invoice — each plan card above lists what it accepts, because a wire costs more in fees than the smaller plans are worth. A card opens your service in seconds; a transfer opens it when the funds arrive.

Monthly or annual?

Annual costs eleven months instead of twelve and is charged once. It is not a commitment: end it early and we refund every whole month you have not used. It also unlocks bank transfer on the smaller plans, where a wire fee against a single month would have cost you more than the month.

Does it renew automatically?

Only if you ask it to. Paying by card offers a tick box for it, unticked; leave it alone and the term is charged once, no card is kept, and we email you before it runs out. Tick it and we charge the same amount at the end of each term so an address your partners have allowlisted is never lost to a payment you forgot. Stopping it is a button in your dashboard, not an email you have to write, and stopping it changes nothing before the term you have already paid for ends. A bank transfer is a payment you send us, so that one we cannot start on your behalf and never will.
